Here in Spokane, Wa we’re pretty much snow free (had 2-3″ earlier this month.) Last year we had about 6′ (yeah, feet) of snow in a two week period, right about this time. I guess it was the 100 year storm, or something along those lines.
I’ll take dry over that much snow, thank you.

Enjoy the winter wonderland. My sister is attempting to visit her in-laws and is currently stranded at O’Hare, so she is also enjoying your Midwest weather. We’re muddling through here in California. Here is our vantage point as of about an hour ago. No snow for the kids, but no driveways to shovel either…

We are looking to escape from it with a mid-January trip to Vegas, then Pasadena, to visit our 2 day old granddaughter.
