Here’s a new book for children with a message of Hope for the Holiday Season:
“Love Your Monsters: Post-environmentalism and the Anthropocene”
by Michael Shellenberger, Ted Nordhaus, and Associates of The Breakthrough Institute
Professor Curry has a link to Amazon bookshop where you can preview the book:

Or purchase the digital or Kindle version for $4.99.
Love Your Monsters: Postenvironmentalism and the Anthropocene
A similar, free message of Hope is written in every atom, leaf and rock:

OK Jeff, time to slay the AGW beast!
I ran across some interesting data files from Oct 2007 that were in the Climategate 1 data dump. So I decided to plot them and see what story they told.

Sadly, all I ended up with was a lot more questions. Like how you can average 6 regions and end up with more variability than the simple average of the 6. New-fangled math, all the rage.

I better tell you about it Jeff, because I note commenters elsewhere wondering what you think of it. There is a very interesting poster at Tallbloke’s Talkshop and at Watts Up by a coupla fellas named Nikolov and Zeller which purports to be a new Unified Theory of Climate. There are many doubts, but some heavy hitters are already impressed. Me? Makes sense to me.
