Green Climate Fund Deserves Double 0 Status

Posted by Jeff Id on March 23, 2012

You have to wonder why Fox News would make a big deal about a UN created international fund of a hundred billion dollars per year, having complete immunity from national law.  This shouldn’t even be news IMHO. The fund is to protect the Earth, it shouldn’t have to pay taxes, or operate inside the whims and quirks of national governments.

Green climate fund – protectors of Earth.

The Green Climate Fund, which is supposed to help mobilize as much as $100 billion a year to lower global greenhouse gases, is seeking a broad blanket of U.N.-style immunity that would shield its operations from any kind of legal process, including civil and criminal prosecution, in the countries where it operates.

Mother Earth has rights too and so far, nobody is standing up for them. The Fox News idiots act like the earth doesn’t own its own property.

In the case of something like the GCF, this is “an issue of extending privileges and immunities to property rights,” in the opinion of Allan Meltzer, a distinguished professor of political economy at Carnegie Mellon University. “And these privileged people will not necessarily protect the property rights of others,” he adds.

It is for the good of the planet though. If we don’t take a stand to protect the Earth, the Earth has no reason to protect us. This is only 0.15 PERCENT of global GDP. We can do better people! We must do better.

Why shouldn’t those tasked with protecting the Earth, be properly protected from human laws?! They are doing the good work for all of mankind, giving guidance, funding, and technology, to the poor nations who are most affected by climate change. We cannot expect Zimbabwe to stand up on its own, without the help of rich nations, to the problems created by those same RICH nations.

The propaganda spread by Fox News drives me crazy.

Hmmm. $100 billion dollars in climate money extorted from taxpayers. No oversight. What could go wrong??

How do I get a job at the UN and especially at this Green Climate Fun(d) unit? I love immunity especially with $100 billion available.

Did you know that the UN runs an international police force as part of keeping the illegal drug cartels in business. The UN has a program for you. Right or Left.

Are they actually funded to anywhere near that amount, or is it just hoped for?

Thank you, Jeff, for your keen insight and sharp wit.

That is the only hope left for mankind, disintegrating rapidly now from at least fifty-six (56) years [2012-1956 = 56 years] of well-intentioned government deception, deception intended to save the world, and incidentally, world leaders themselves, from the threat of annihilation in a “nuclear fire” like that which consumed Hiroshima on 6 August 1945 !

    Sixty-seven (67) years [2012-1945 = 67 years] of self-feeding FEAR produced today’s social insanity !

The first nuclear scientist sent to Hiroshima after that event, Dr. Kazuo Kuroda of the Imperial University of Tokyo [1], was relocated to the United States by the US military after WWII ended. In April 1956, he went to the National Meeting of the American Geophysical Union in Washington, DC to inform the public that “nuclear fires” had been commonplace on Earth as recently as two billion years (2 Gyr) ago, when uranium contained sufficient U-235 to initiate a self-sustaining chain of fission events spontaneously.

Kuroda’s paper was rejected for publication but he managed to get the information published elsewhere as two, single-page documents [2]. He spent the rest of his life trying to let the public know about the “nuclear fires” that destroy and create chemical elements [3,4].

In 1960, Kuroda reported that a long-lived isotope of element #94, plutonium-244, was produced in the “nuclear fire” that made our elements [5], and Pu-244 continued to fission spontaneously here during the early history of planet Earth [5].

AGU was “an unincorporated affiliate of the US National Academy of Sciences” when Kuroda was there in 1956. It continued to act on behalf of frightened world leaders in April 1976, when the late Dr. Dwarka Das Sabu and I went the National Meeting of the American Geophysical Union in Washington, DC to inform the public that a “nuclear fire” in the Sun created our elements [6].

Answer: Not yet, but guess who will be paying for the Green Climate (Slush) Fund?

Report: Obama, UN to tax US for Green Climate Fund

Report: Obama, UN to tax US for Green Climate Fund
    byJoel Gehrke Commentary Staff Writer

President Obama’s team of negotiators at the United Nations Climate Change Conference may agree to a tax on foreign currency transactions, designed to pay for a “Green Climate Fund,” that would fall disproportionately on American travellers and businesses, according to a group attending the conference that is skeptical of the UN position on global warming.

Negotiators at the conference are considering “a new tax on every foreign currency transaction in the world,” according to the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT). “Every time you travel abroad, you’ll have to pay a climate tax,” explains CFACT, the group that released the “Climategate” emails. “More importantly, every time we import goods, every time we export our fine products (think jobs) we will do so with a climate tax skimming off the top.”

European countries would evade much of the tax burden, however, because “transactions within the Eurozone won’t have to pay this new tax.”

I think the UN needs to go Condo, each country (or entity) paying for it’s own little apartment, parking spaces, etc. They’re apparentaly so awash in money it should’t be a problem.

Either that, or they should move to Toronto – oh, wait – the Canadians just got conservative about all things Gaia.

I believe Climategate is finally closing.

Leaders of the US scientific community, Ralph Cicerone, John Holdren, Steven Chu, and Lisa Jackson and Charles Bolden – are now trapped with the rest of us, like rats on a rapidly sinking ship, because their predecessors were frightened by the “nuclear fires” that consumed Hiroshima on 6 August 1945 !

Surely they knew that information posted on blogs like this were being collected to use against them.

May we have the wisdom to work together now to undo the damage society has suffered and not get sidetracked by trying to punish those who led society to its current demise out of fear of the “nuclear fires” that consumed Hiroshima on 6 August 1945 !

It irritated me when the IPCC claimed that it understood what was controlling the climate.

It terrifies me when they set out to change the climate as first they have to pick my pocket.

Seriously if the public allows this to happen then we deserve it. Come on people, anyone (group) that takes billions of dollars from the pubic and then tries to absolve themselves from any legal scrutiny IS up to no good (END OF STORY).

Another Socialist State government in Queensland, Australia wiped out.

Carbon Tax lie has a lot to do with wipeout.

Socialists have gone from having 55 seats to maybe getting 6-7 in a 89 seat house.

    Maybe the worm is turning.

That means the main States in Australia are now in Conservative hands, but our Federal Government still Socialist.

They said they would never introduce Carbon Tax, 3 months later we will be paying $23 a tonne.

Now we need Federal Election to finish wipeout. But Socialists will hold on like a tick on your bum, and refuse to go to a election.

I’m not sure the article was pro-“green” fund. From the end of the article:

“Such agencies can move money, gold or any kinds of funds outside of any national regulation; are exempt from taxes, customs duties and import or export restrictions.

The same bulletproof status goes for their officials.

In the case of something like the GCF, this is “an issue of extending privileges and immunities to property rights,” in the opinion of Allan Meltzer, a distinguished professor of political economy at Carnegie Mellon University. “And these privileged people will not necessarily protect the property rights of others,” he adds.

A consultant at various times to the U.S. Treasury, the Federal Reserve, and Congress, Melzer also chaired a Clinton-era congressionally-mandated advisory commission on International financial institutions, including the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.

Says he: “Rather than extending immunities, we should be emphasizing the rule of law. If we want to do environmental things, we should do them above board, not in secret.”

Judging from the course it has set for itself, the masters of the Green Climate Fund evidently disagree. However, questions sent last week, and again early this week, by Fox News to the CGF regarding its operations and immunities had received no reply before this article was published.”

To me this is a no-brainer – keep these idiots away from the US!

It is beyond a no-brainer. By this request, they are flatly stating that they wish to use the cash for whatever agenda they see fit.

And we’re not going to like it.

  17. So how many people in developing countries could have their eyesight saved with $100,000,000,000 a year?

How many lives could be saved?

If microwave ovens can’t melt ice, neither can backradiation from a cooler atmosphere melt the glaciers and snow caps.
