Sometimes I think the scientists are being used by the politicians, then I rember the politicians are being used equally by the scientists. Finally you realize, there isn’t much difference.
I hope the polarbears don’t figure out how to work the system.

As for scientists being politicians, Bishop Hill has a post up about the UK getting scientists to sign a petition showing their belief in AGW. My comment there: they don’t want to show us their data or their methods, all they have left to show us? Diplomas.
The Greenpeace film crews that hang out of helicopters are the tastiest…
