Flameout!

[I’m self snipping this post – not because I disagree with it but because I can’t do anything about fake news so I might as well ignore it.]  I will say though, that I’m still pissed about it.

  1. I agree with you for the most part. But I am not ready to throw Fox under the bus just yet. You may be correct on them. Or it may just be a perception. They still are the most balanced (but that could be like saying Pravda was more balanced than Isvestia).

If they are going over to the dark side, it is due to Soros who finally figured out how to affect them – advertisers. But then they picked on Hannity. And whether you like him or hate him, Hannity is the closest thing you will find to squeaky clean in the business. And he fought back. I think the attrition has stopped, but we will see. Still, I believe none of what I read or hear from the other YSM outlets, and only half from Fox. It is just too easy to verify the story with the internet. But I know I am an exception as I am constantly bombarded, from both sides, by spin and lies that are reported in the YSM. I tell my friends and family that I hate being wrong more than I love being right. So I do not repeat a story until I have verified it.,

  2. Nice! “Not sure where to go for news next but there isn’t much left – accept the left. ; I don’t want to accept. …”

Waiting in the wings is One America News. I notice that circa.com has a novel mobile friendly interface…. And then there are increasing rows of video bloggers like Stephan Molyneau, Blondeinthebellyofthebeast, treeoflogic,
    Gavin McInnes, Roaming Millennial, Styxhexenhammer666….

And more than I can keep up with!

Trump? Everyone disdains him. But since we are in a class war conflict, with a failed ruling class, because “Populism” only arises in the train of their failures, I say “Give ’em HELL, (orange haired) Harry!”

  3. Well. You talked crime. How about a crime so big it boggles the mind? Continued for generations. Making war on abused children.

  4. Jeff,
Not sure what you are unhappy about at the moment. But that said, those on the left will NEVER accept that Trump is president. nor accept the legitimacy of any view different from their own; this is evident no matter where you look. All the Trump hysteria is just a manifestation of the same additude. Best to ignore it.

  5. Ditto what Steve said.

I thought it was entertaining! And showed how you and we are coping and befuddled by change….as we should be. (I’m still digesting your previous post, mulling “what’s next?” too.)

  6. Fox is losing its audience because the Murdock family is fighting amongst themselves.

It will only take the firing of Sean Hannity, Lou Dobbs and Russell Varney to morph Fox into another MSNBC.

In the end it won’t matter as Trump will bypass Fox just as he has bypassed CNN and the other fake news operations.

The media are not a serious threat to Trump right now. His real problem is RINOs who want to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by failing to support his agenda.

The good news is the Freedom Caucus who want to work through the August recess. They may shame the useless “Rump” GOP congress into doing its job.

If that does not work I expect to participate in a two million man “Trump Agenda Now” march on Washington.

Every time the GOP betrays its voters there are consequences. By sidelining the “Tea Party” the GOP created Trump. If they manage to sideline Trump something they like even less will follow.

    1. “Fox is losing its audience because the Murdock family is fighting amongst themselves.”

The audience gives a crap about the Murdock family…why exactly?

      1. It’s a good question but it also has an answer. The kids want the network to shift hard left instead of hold an already transitioning left balance. IMO, balance is a silly word stuffed between correct and incorrect but that is what they want. Not everything in politics should be automatically handed the moniker of valid opinion.

They make a lot of money in a left government. Their dad didn’t care, he had enough.
